LOVE AND DESIRE IN PALESTINE

An evening of short films with Gentle/Radical

What – and where – is love? To coincide with Valentines, Gentle/Radical invite you to explore love and desire through the lens of the Palestinian occupation.

This evening of short films and discussion will examine what love means in a country where people are torn apart by war, forcibly separated by prisons and borders, and where physical interaction itself is prohibited. Curated by Cinema Palestino and Creative Interruptions, these films look at romantic love, love of family and love for homeland – from a Palestinian perspective.

Guest speakers include Shahd Abusalama and others to be confirmed.
